We are non-profit making organisation, well known for the provision of excellent childcare for the past fourty years. Our staff are experienced in working with children under 5 and are familiar with 'Birth to Three Matters', which is a framework to support children in their earliest years. We are already working to the New Early Years Foundation Stage which the government are introducing in September 08. We are registered for children frm 2 years - 5 years.
Our pre-school is registered and inspected by OFSTED. The group is registered to take 26 children at each session from the age of 2½ years until nursery or school age. We are also members of the preschool Learning Alliance, a national educational charity concerned with the care and education of the under 5's.
Our Toddler Group is a drop in session, that offers planned and interesting activities for babies and children under 5 with their parents/guardians.

We aim to always create a happy secure and stimulating environment where every child has an equal opportunity to develop and learn in a parent involving, community group.
Our OBJECTIVES are to deliver the curriculum by means of developmentally appropriate play activities and a high level of adult support as recommended in The Early Years Foundation Stage, which includes the Birth to Three Matters Framework. Children are prepared to progress with confidence to the National Curriculum at the end of the Foundation stage.
We hope our website would give you an insight of the Grange Tiny Hands Pre-school and Toddler group. However we would welcome a telephone call, an email or a visit should you require more information.
