I joined Tiny Hands in September 1991 when my youngest child was attending the pre-school. (I have two children who both attended Tiny Hands until they went to school at 4years 10months). The then supervisor Cynthia Ringrow asked me if I was interested in working as a one to one helper for a child with Special Needs. I accepted the post and have been here ever since.

 

I have worked under two supervisors and became joint supervisor with Stephanie in 2001. I am also the Special Educational Needs Co-ordinator for the pre-school liaising with the parents and other agencies involved in caring for the children who have extra needs. I enjoy working with the other members of staff and feel that we have a very good team who all support each other.
